It’s not quite summer yet, but the weather is warming up and the plants are looking thirsty. The bright sunshine calls for vibrant colours and I love these vintage cotton fabrics for that reason. I’ve made some simple skirts and hairbands from my stash of vintage treasures.
Headbands are great in summer for keeping hair in place and make up a treat in these vintage cottons. Complete with hand-crocheted flowers and vintage buttons for a pretty accent.
These fabrics came from the lovely Cinti at My Poppet (she has a wonderful selection and is a talented crafty lady). Vintage buttons from Craftumi and flowers from Plushka and CPercyDesigns (both on Craftumi).
