Who likes crafternoon tea?

Do you like the idea of sipping on cups of tea (or coffee) and eating freshly baked cakes while learning the ins-and-outs of knitting in a small group, at a pace and level suited to you?

After many years of saying “I’ll run a knitting workshop”, I finally did it! I guess it took me a while to believe I could. Over the past couple of months I’ve started to teach beginner knitters through to more experienced knitters, and children as well. It’s such a privilege to be sharing the joy of knitting with new knitters and to help more experienced knitters work their way through more complex patterns.

I’ve teamed up with the lovely Kristen from The Granny Square Conspiracy, who is a fabulous crocheter, to bring regular workshops in knitting and crochet to Trove Canberra. We run them side-by-side, and it’s been so much fun and I can’t help but think, “why did it take me so long?”

Tea, home-baked cake, all tools and materials (although bring your own project if you want specific advice) are provided – and of course there’s lots of great conversation and laughs too.

My next workshop is on Sunday 29th October, 1-4pm. You can find out more details here: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/crafternoon-tea-trove-in-stitches-tickets-37977903933

I’d love you to join me!
